You provide to us
- Account data: email address, password (hashed), display name (if provided).
- Subscription data: plan, status, billing history (non-card details).
- Support & communications: messages you send us, feedback, requests.
Collected automatically
- Usage data: features used, session timestamps, referral source.
- Device/technical data: IP address, browser type, OS, cookie IDs.
From third parties (processors)
- Payments via Stripe: method type, transaction totals, subscription status, fraud signals. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

5) Payment processing (Stripe)
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you enter payment details, you do so directly with Stripe. Stripe shares limited data back (e.g., payment status, last4, expiry month/year, fraud indicators). We do not store full card numbers or CVCs. See Stripe’s privacy notice: stripe.com/privacy.
7) International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. We use safeguards like the UK Addendum/IDTA, Standard Contractual Clauses, or adequacy regulations. Contact us for copies (sensitive parts redacted).
8) Data retention
- Account & subscription records: for your membership and up to 6 years after cancellation for tax, accounting and legal requirements.
- Support tickets/communications: typically 2 years.
- Cookies/analytics: per cookie lifetime or aggregated/anonymised sooner.
We securely delete or anonymise data when no longer required.
9) Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure; keep your credentials safe.
10) Children
Our service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to delete it.
11) Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you,
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
- Erase your data in certain cases,

12) Automated decisions & profiling
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. Prediction outputs relate to football matches and are not used to make decisions about you.
